haha. been working 3 jobs recently, and so far got my car back and had a bought a few minor things for it but today I hit mass depression when my younger brother of 13 did 4 hours in a skate shop and earned more than I did doing hours of labour in the last 3 days. I spent my last 3 days, Unloading tires, taking trucks loads of scrap steel to the tip and winding industrial wire up that was in a huge tangled pile. =( However, he spent 4 hours playing on a mini half pipe and giving advice to a total of 4 people haha. So 3 jobs isn't enough for me =) i will be at the 2nd jan track day ripping up 2 sets of bottle cap tires but I would love to have the series koni's fitted, or if a human version of god Pms me with a job, I might have R888's to run on =) and working brakes =) soo, any jobs, anything at all, ill take it!!! I don't care but I want this car running!!! =) thanks in advance =DDD and major thanks for jonno ( mag N tyre direct ) for all the work he has given over the last month, wouldn't have a car to sit in without his help =)

yea I can't afford sht at the moment. got about 120 to spend and Im just trying to decide whats best for the car atm. The brakes are almost useless so ive been focusing on them... Got rotors sorted too. Im thinking of spending most on pads and hope that the current brake lines are ok for a couple of months. Any suggestions?

Don't wanna burst your bubble here or anything but in my experience those cheap chips are useless. Its like when you buy a 2k exhaust system expecting 10bhp gain, put it on the dyno and no difference at all. What the chips do is in reality raise the rev limit and adjust a little bit of the timing. Any dyno tuner will tell you this.... Best thing to do in future I would say is put the 100$ aside and save for a proper tune. You can stand there and watch your car get more and more power and again the dyno never lies so you can know your getting much more power, and fuel efficiency without having your rev's raised or your engine working harder.

Got race brake fluid!!! Now do I wait til I have brake lines/rotors/pads before I attempt bleeding the system?

E30 Braided Brake Lines + How to bleed brakes help =) Went and bought some motul race brake fuild today and now I want to some braided brake lines and maybe some tips on bleeding the brakes.. I want to do this myself cause if i watch someone else or get someone else to do it Ill never learn... =) But if anyone has or knows where I can get some good value braided brake lines that'd be awesome =)

Roll cage padding in and OMP Steering Wheel, fits perfectly and Im sitting exactly where I need to be. =) First time lucky thank god, as those seats are a total bitch to move! But overall the inside is FINALLY STARTING TO LOOK LIKE A RACE CAR =) A PROPER RACE CAR =D

With having it road legal its easy enough if your starting with a car thats already road legal. What ya need is indicators, lights etc all that stuff. When ya get a roll cage put it you'll need to get it homologated and it gets a log book with that for another $100 =) And I have no idea whats the point of the log book. So far with homologation and a log book you will have a TRACK legal car. But to get it road legal or rather to get it eligable to be road legal you need the authority card which is someone coming and checking your roll cage, harness anchors, and seats. Along with roll cage padding etc. After that you can go get it a WOF and you'll need the normal things for a WOF. I think thats it...
