It's a DIY if you're game Ryan, TM/JC should have the flange in stock. Loosen the wires on the firewall for a bit more room, you *may* need to remove the intake manifold, but don't quote me on that. A ratchet spanner for the two bolts holding the flange will make life easier as well.

Huddy they're about the same weight at the ZHP knob that came in the E46 - so a fair bit heavier than stock, it's a nice weight. Tom I'll take one please!

If you're doing this for space reasons in the E30 engine bay, find a booster from a Renault Clio, they're about perfect. The Clio you want it from is the model with plastic front arches (can't remember the exact model/year off the top of my head).
