Bump, also have a brand new Haynes manual for E30 and 5 series. It's barely been opened and the newer ones have better pictures and more detail than the old ones. $60.

I was just wondering, apart from the engine change and corresponding slight increase in HP, is there any major difference between the E46 328s and 330s? Suspension, interior, extras, anything like that?

Make it bigger or tune it for less power. Getting that much out of a 1.8 is always going to make it a bit fragile.
