  1. Ive heard this before, but cant really see how it would happen. The pump sock pretty much sits on the bottom of the tank anyway so should suck up any sh*t that was there even with a full tank. And then the sock should catch anything anyway before it ever blocks the filter, unless the sock has a hole worn in it. I have seen fine metal filings stuck to the sock on every pump I have removed, does anyone know where these come from? My guess is that they get scraped off the nozzle / filler when you are filling with gas and pull the filler in / out.
  2. If there is no fuel, how can it clog anything?

  11. Its a dual temp switch, cant remember what the temps are tho. I've used it on 3 cars that have no viscous fan, and the electric one always seems to come on early if anything. No overheating problems tho.
  12. I would say it is fine been on the cold side, BMW wouldnt of put it on the cold side if it was going to an issue.

You can still use the box. Both shifter setups will fit an e30. Only thing you have to watch out for is using facelift boxes on pre facelift cars, as they dont have the holes in the bellhousing for the crank sensor.
  15. Possibly. Take it back / call them up and see what the deal is? Do you still have some of the stuff left over that you used / drained out? Might need it to prove it was too strong if it is.

  17. Pretty sure they are adjustable between LHD and RHD. You can rotate the back half of the light and it adjusts the beam between LHD / RHD.

  19. That is because e30 owners are poor and holsets are cheap
