  1. from what i see on the info.it only does fuel.no spark control.so your halfway there.advance by a second/degree or 2 and good by engine.awesome. one expensive firework display. right infront of you,probably happen when nailing it for the first time,showing off to all your mates etc.

  3. try turbochargingdynamics.com Todd there has done many turbo cars with stock setups/ecu and air flow meters.good results too. that or fit my 400hp+ motor with matching gearbox for some serious laughs

  5. Twin Turbo?? Na,too many dramas for me,let alone the cost. double everything. No this time spending on tubular manifild,new intake system, gt3582r turbo,forged pistons(custom) lightened crank,bigger valves,warm cam,methonal injectors, 3.8 block. plus afew other tricks. could be fun.
  6. yeah hav had contact with him through verious forums. interesting setups.big $$'s spent.but apparently very drivable at all speeds. an awesome effort,we'll see if i can get my e34 to purrrr, this year
  7. in a short answer;YES 3.8L,lightened crank,bigger valves,forged bits,etc,etc. should up these numbers to shame. new under-ware on order only hold up is $$.selling what i have will help

    lots of coupes,and convertables; this is why i wont buy the wife a smaller car.
  9. get a second job or sell some stuff,dont go halves in something like this,it'll only sit in the back of the garage waiting for you to save more $$ up. Or wait for deals on TM for ecu's,wategates,turbos......other peoples tears Dont end up on TM with the catchie phrase '90% finished" cause it took too long lots of tears

Chris I've got an engine,new rings,low compressoin pistons,turbo,manifolds,450cc injectors,new water pump,MLS head gasket, worked head/warm cam, wategate. this,and a burned chip by/from Gavin and you've got a machine that will scare the s**t out of you,and anyone who rides with. dont worry about planting a m30 block into your e30.has been well documented on whats involved(not too much) will cost round the 7-8k.which is not bad if you check out other people posts on their turbo builds call me,can do easy payments. dont take short cuts mate,it will pay dividens cheers marty 021 438 735 more options for you to think about,cars on the blocks this weekend so do hurry if you want to test it out
  11. speaking from experience,man i sound old whats your budget? hp goal? how involved do you want to be? have you talked to someone who has experience? Do the sums.it sounds easy on paper until.... got my purpose built engine for sale. call if you are interested in it or general info. the more research,the lesser the tears

Hi folks have several diffs. e32 3.91 med case x2 e32 4.10 med case e32 front windshield + rear e28 3.07 large case locked, e23 3.64 med. e23 3.45 large case + others not checked.large and meds e32 front + rear glass/doors etc e28 windshield e28 doors, set of 4 red doors mint.electric windows 2 rear (L+R) light blue rust free 1 front passenger white a,so rust free 1x mint radiator motronic dizzys to go.ecu's etc got engine off a 535 e34 + auto trans.good condition,runner. ask away cheers marty 021 438 735

  18. got a 3.0/3.2 block with 10 to 1 pistons. bore 88,stroke 80mm.tidy bores head ,bare,also tidy.evidence of work been done on it. 4 barrel carb is a BMW part.looks like it could swallow a bucket or two.280cfm.90% sure its taken but if anyone keen on it let me know. also an old school 3 speed indistructable auto box $$ ?? make me an offer

    What i suggest is; buy my 400 odd hp m535 animal, cut up your car to repair rust issues in mine or transplant all the running gear into your shell. project finished hoe taxi ready

  21. Hi all, After a lot of thought and other pressing projects I am for 90% sure that parting out my machine is the best option. Have taken it for a pre cert check as I knew it had a little rust. On the hoist,revealed a number of concerning factors reared their head, that I wasnt aware of. 1.crimp marks of a chassis straighting jaws. 2.left chassis rail chewed out with rust 3.the more we looked the more rust we found....... Am currently in europa.will be back in NZ round the 14 of march.trust someone atleast wants the running gear out of the e28. tuning is not 100% but an idea of hp output/dyno printout can be found here http://s202.photobucket.com/albums/aa128/red535t/ some bits I'll be keeping for the next project,but your welcome to ask. be a great transplant into a e30
  22. so what your saying is the person who buys my machine gets a good deal then. pull out the engine trans and lsd diff slip into your favouirt model.sell of the rest of the body/parts and be part of the 400+whp club for a fraction of the cost.lol
  23. either i've done my e28 all wrong, or someone's going to get a steal when i do go through and sell.
