a good clue if something is amiss is the battery warning light in the dash.if that is glowing then yes the alternator has issues.i've got one around somewhere if needed

I dont have much mercy for the secondhand car dealers,probably cause i've bought afew cars dressed as lambs only to turn out to be old chewed out mutton. moving to a new address, need to move stuff on as space is at premium. 225/50/16 tyres.not the most famous brand,but do the job well.came off my e28.near new,good tread left. bought better rubber for the hp increase.more tyres in this size available also have a very good condition 3.5L mtr which also comes from the e28. 250K ,great compression numbers,10-1 pistons and has recietes for head work done etc.ran great/one of the better e28's engine wise. good mtr for any 316/318 looking to join the 200+hp/310nm torque club. loom + ecu and matching gearbox also available. plenty of other bits from e28/e23/e32 that need a home cheers marty 021 438 735

yeah that's the boost and the blue line is the AFR.stock quite a nice boost curve,wasnt expecting that.bit rich still though,safety factor i'm thinking 4th gear,6200 rpm. 3rd gear pull netted 1000+ nm.seems alittle OTT

those replicas are also available for e23/e28's. got two sets for the e23's i own. do check thet are round as it took me 6-8 trips back to the tire shop to check them over and over and......... you get the picture. now that i have 2 sets that are true/staight,the cars drive superb

i had a mate killed walking home from the jolly farmer.he was drunk and doing the right thing.got taken out by another drunk driver.not good. back 10-15 yrs ago my friends and i never really got onto the piss.probably cause the price of gas took most of our pay back then. that and we were always trying to get our old skool corollas and lancers etc to go as fast as poss. mind you how are you younger guys paying of gas and piss at the moment?? 5c worth.marty

best thing i've seen a few months back was and still is; guys cutting the centre out of the front bumper and buying the biggest intercool off trademe and sticking it in there. COOL. engine is still N/A. probably got the PHEEEEFT noises dubbed onto tape to play back when 'dragging' off their mates. now that i have a snail under the bonnet i do feel like i'm 18 again.i love the whistle of the fins winding up.and the bov doing its thing.its gonna take awhile before i growup .that or a large object getting in my way

dont really need to travel to the other side of the world. i just strap my self and some other 'willing' passenger in and do my own nurimberg ring.avoiding cows and tractors does help

would you guys reckon any of these tyres are up to the challenge to keep my car on the road? really need to do something.with the rain we just had,almost lost it a few times.not to mention the few times i did. pants are at dry cleaners. next on the to do list; weaker wastegate spring cheers marty
