I'd rather do something than let this go on without anyone standing up and telling them it's wrong.

Sorry I meant it to be in off topic. Thanks. Please spread the word these petitions do work and don't cost a thing to sign other than a few seconds of your time. It shows the powers that be that the world knows and is watching.

off topic I know. Apologies to any easily offended. Over 10,000 dogs are brutally killed every year in this chinese festival. i was nearly sick looking at the images. Please read and sign the petition. https://www.change.org/p/president-of-the-people-s-republic-of-china-stop-the-yulin-dog-meat-eating-festival http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/asia/chinese-yulin-dog-meat-festival-activists-fight-back-in-support-of-event-which-will-see-10000-cats-and-dogs-slaughtered-10326736.html

Clarkson, May and Hammond are about to sign a multi year, multi millions contract to produce a show for a online provider. It's actually worked out quite well if you think about it. Top Gear lives on. It may or may not be good. We still get the three idiots. win, win.

I love hillclimbs. Fullstop.

^ why why why..... do i love this soo much. It's rusty and would be horrid to drive. but it's just so much win...

This was the Chinese guy and had been here for 3 weeks on holiday in a rented Ford Ranger. The thing that got me is they both ended up colliding in the ditch off the road. The kiwi pulled left, brakes and took to the ditch to avoid. Why the F did the tourist follow him all the way to the accident scene??
-
Yeah fair call too.Thanks
-
Yeah that's just the thing. It drives great. No shifting problems. The only thing is sometimes it makes a odd noise when putting in park. I'd be more concerned if it was giving some indications. I actually like driving it. (Just quietly)
-
No idea. It was done by dealership. Nearly $600 so better have! I might enquire. Cheers.

couple more points. Car runs fine. Had recent service inc gearbox. On the wknd the check light went out. Weirdly. But i suspect thats temporary. what I have found: P0746 Pressure Control Solenoid Performance or Stuck Off P0750 Shift Solenoid A Malfunction Anyone know what these mean? are these even correct?

so the wife's ML350 (2006) Mercedes engine check light came on. I've had it scanned and they have told me the codes came up were 0750 & 0746 I can't find anything online. Anyone have a mercedes to english translation?

accidentally back a tractor over your nearest exchange box. I bet they are seriously old DSLAM units. Chrous is on a referb program, well they were a year ago when I lived in wtgn. You will loose internet for awhile but then again what can you access now?

unsurprising with the number you see around. May dad's on his 3rd. I've always liked RS audi's. maybe one day.

2 tonne V8's aren't frugal. Hence where my 3.0 turbo diesel shines. but then again... its the depreciation that's the killer not the fuel bill. I think there's more of a second hand market for economical suv's than high performance ones.
-
I haven't personally driven a Q7 but my cousin did switch his Cayenne for a Q7 but that was mostly due to the ferocious thirst of the turbo and depreciation vs the Q7. No one wants a old high milage Cayenne, especially the turbo. Driving the '12 GTS I like it. It's very sporty for an SUV. Goes waay better than the first gen ones (lighter plus better engine efficiency).
-
Interesting question. In my wider family we have all these models. Cayenne (2012) GTS is hard as a rock suspension but handles speedbumps well. I wouldn't go fast over them but certainly no trampoline feeling. Wife's ML has 15in rims and like 70 series tyres. You could drive over the curb and hardly feel it. Body control is good tho. My X5 is probably worst. Performance edition suspension and it's very hard with no adjustablity, add 20" rims and you just need to drive slowly.

OMG. rant on/ the white station wagon blocking southern motorway friday night, in the fast lane doing 75kph with a 30 car tailback behind them brake checking anyone whom gets close to their bumper. The little serve towards me when I finally was able to get a gap to the inside line to finally get past you was appreciated also dickhead. Closely followed by the blue hatch on the same motorway on the way back, rubbernecking a minor ding then brakes and nearly leave their lane to check out the carnage. Whilst there is 5km of 3 lane parking lot behind them and a clear motorway infront. Seriously. Have you got nothing else in your life that after sitting through that 25min traffic jam when the motorway clears you want to try to see a dented car so bad you risk another accident right infront of 2 police cars. FFS im out. rant over\
