Welcome Back Snooky..........
-
GLWS - Can't wait to see what you're replacing this with
-
Cost depends on whether your Diff is welded or bolted ( I have a feeling its welded from memory for your year) If its bolted - then its the easiest option - mine was around $1270 US (inc shipping) for a Wavetrack LSD
-
As above from Steve - get a LSD for your 335i if you want to sort out the traction issues Also the RFT's on mine were terrible, one of the best changes (esp for getting traction) was switching to the Michelin PSS
-
Just had 4 Wheels and CF sideskirts shipped with KiwiShipping Weight: 49KG Volume: 0.410 Freight cost was $159
-
I have been with AA for years - my 335i was initially with them - but then when informing them about the mods - they wouldn't cover me anymore (not surprised as they don't even insure you if you buy a M3) Switched over to NAC and they seem to be fine with all the mods i have done etc - Tho am looking at maybe Prestigo or someone else as they offer track day cover

None at the moment - had to use the AA to tow the car back when my back tyre was punctured on the motorway a few months back Am looking at buying the M Mobility kit with the next purchase from ECS tuning -
cheers which car were you driving that day?
-
Some footage from the GoPro on the day
-
http://www.playdayontrack.co.nz/ $135 - all the info is on the website on how to book etc
-
Starts around 9.30am and finishes about 4.30pm
-
Yep - been buying bits off them the last 4 months - no issues at all
-
I am planning to go on the 19th April @Hampton Downs - let me know if you're keen **edit** hope you're coming on sat? Def should come down, already convinced Josh (jfnz) to take his 335i out on the track , We might of convinced Matt today as well to take his 335i out as well today - so could be some fun with 3x 335i's on the track

Ya I was reading about how the smartphone's GPS wasn't accurate enough Now I have the i-drive navigation/phone integration setup on my car - so I was assuming it would be using the car's shark fin and that would be more accurate then the iphone - but I haven't investigated it further yet -
