  1. Would recommend you get a walnut blast done before any mods/tuning (http://blog.modbargains.com/get-nuts-feed-bmw-n55-walnuts-get-clean-tune/) Used the Hi-Velocity and Torque Peformance dyno without any issues , had issues with the dyno at MCR +100HP on my 98 Map +140HP on my E50+ map But my 335i is FBO (full bolt on) - Tune, Intercooler, downpipes, intake, exhaust, misfire's are the common issue once power etc has been dialled up - would check on spark plugs life etc (I just replaced them all before the tune/mods)
  2. BMW NZ aka mega stealership over $1K NZ for 2 x o2 sensors
  3. LOL that hairdresser engine that's stock is holding 850+RWHP while that "M" engine needs the internals upgraded to hold the SS power which is significantly lower to me the last true M engines are the E46 , E60 - skip past the e9x platform and now the F series
  4. Interesting project - still prefer this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIe2rpAOamg
  5. Prefer the netflix model where they release the whole season in one go!
  6. RFT tyres are terrible anyway , if i had kept those wheels on I would of switched to normal tyres on them
  7. Selling my OEM M sport suspension that came with my 335i as I have switched over to KW V3 coilovers $500
  8. Chris @ Autoquip is highly recommend , and his prices are spot on , one of the few Nz retailers who could supply me with parts cheaper then I could source from overseas , bought KW V3 coil-overs from him Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. Ya currently running my Apex wheels with the ToyoR888 semi-slicks , just have to remind myself I need to get some heat in them to get some grip Would be keen if you could pm contact - thanks
  12. What's the issue? The OEM intakes have been proven to be quite restrictive http://www.bimmerboost.com/showthread.php?64259-Article-The-result-of-reducing-restriction-in-upgraded-BMW-N54-OEM-twin-turbos-is-70-whp-with-VTT-silicone-intakes
  13. Tried that UK distributor (http://www.design911.co.uk/) , but their supplier doesn't bring in those sizes for the PSS :S
  14. You'll be in good hands , Ross has pretty much done all the modification installs for mine in hindsight with the exhaust , I would probably get the BMW performance mufflers and then fabricate/buy the pipes here, to the downpipes - nice thing with the AA exhaust was it was a complete set
  15. Pretty impressed with this tyre, coming from RFT's on the stock wheels on my E92 Nearly 2 years , around 40,000Km and that included 5-6 track days as well , got to the cords on the rears PSS (285/25/20) So as it's winter in the US , tiretrack don't have stock at the moment (eta 30-60days :S ) - does anyone know an alternative place to source? (quote with shipping for new rears was $970 US)

  17. Nice looking ride, haven't seen many in that colour! Watch out for that modification bug ! - would suggest getting a walnut blast done on the intakes before turning up the HP
  18. Had a similar issue last year with one of my packages - in the end it was customs who had the package and held it up without notifying either end , they classified it as commercial ... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Welcome, nice ride watch out for that modification bug on the 335i
