Getting the bushes out is the hard bit, I burnt mine out with a heat gun. Getting the s/f out is a POP. Getting it back up in one piece can be a PITA Cant seem to find my post on how I did it. Its there somewhere. Was ~10 months ago I found removing the T/A bushes the hardest part of all of it.
