Meh ChCh must be retarded to not have arrows at lights, wouldn't surprise me if this type of accident happens more often. Still a case of the give way rule. Doesn't matter if she had green or orange. If you crossed her path then you are in the wrong. If you were green and she was red it would be another story. She has the argument that it wasn't safe to stop in time for the amber signal so kept going. This just shows that those ad's on t.v about the decisions you make at intersections can be deadly. Bad luck mate.

Was she coming from the opposite direction? If her light was still orange there is no way you would have had a green to turn right, therefore you would be in the wrong? Edit: This has me so confused. I cant understand how you would have a green light to turn right when she had a green or orange or whatever going in the opposite direction of you. The lights do not put you in the course of oncoming cars. Unless you had a green to go straight and no arrow at all you could go but if there is oncoming traffic and you move it is YOUR fault. Only way it could have been her fault is if you had a green right turning arrow, plain and simple.

Gutted, looks superficial wouldn't be to much to fix. Im sure someone has a cheap E34 front end lying around? Did you have the green light? If so fight it.

Time and a place. The dick deserved what he got. Im all for skids, but you need to be sensible about where and how you are doing them, I think people doing it at illegal drag meets are idiots. They are endangering other peoples lives if sh*t goes down. If you want to do skids make sure the only person that will get hurt is yourself. Leave yourself with plenty of room and don't do them in built up areas or small intersections. In saying this I think that the growing number of people 'drifting' in built up areas is getting ridiculous. Standstill burnouts are one thing but drifting 50kmph streets is just absolutely ludicrous. There has been more than once instance lately where I have been facing some dick coming sideways at me on the wrong side of he road on blind corners. /Rant P.S 320's can so do skids!!
