What sort of rims are they? Have any pics?

I like to picture my jesus in a tuxedo t-shirt, because it shows he likes to formal but he also likes to party...and i like to party.

So no-one actually said a round about price, other than sic*. I'd say 24-26k if people are willing to pay the little bit extra for the 4 doors... This is just based on a few m3 selling around the same mileage & age all be it they 2 door for about 20-22k. Cheers Mavrick

Work Wheels VS-XX, all diff off-sets etc. Would look sick, but they're pricey....prob about 3g.

Cheers, was it a f/l or a pre f/l because i have a feeling pre f/l's dont have as much room under the rear guards as f/l's. Can anyone clarify that?

Got quoted $3,268.00 delivered to my door (P. North) for 17x8 for the fronts and 17x9 for the rears. So as you can see they're not a cheap aftermarket wheel.

Sweet cheers for the infomation Hybrid. Yeah would be keen to get the 9's on the back but that might be too much effort. The 8 inch give 2.5 inch dish, which should be sufficient. Staggered seems more appealing, whether or not it's feasible is another question. Might just be safer with 8 inch all round.... Yeah the wheels are sik as hell. Work wheels in Auckland, pretty sure thats the only place in NZ you can get them from. Although you could import them yourself.

I was looking at an off-set of around +22. Just going for wheels that look mint, that dont sacrifice handling. 16's would be mint they're rare as and tyres are more expensive. If I were to go for the 17's i would go for a mild stretch to make them fit easier. They're VS-XX work wheels, its trying to justify spending that much on wheels which is the hard part.

What would be the optimal wheel width for an e30? I can get the type of wheel im looking at in sizes ranging from 17x7.0 inches to 17x9.0 inches, which is as wide as i would/could like to go, they come in half inches as well i.e. 17x7.5 inches. I would quite like to run a staggered set up, but am open to your suggestions/opinions. Cheers, Mavrick

It was a tongue and cheek remark....for such a low price etc Personally I would keep it, if it's taking up space lend it someone then sell it when theres more of a market for them. I dont see why it isn't selling with 3 others on tardme all for over 10k.

I would say so....it would be near on impossible to find any 18's that run the correct rwd offset. Spacers would be needed which would require you to get a cert.

You can buy them new but not really worth it IMO. Haha, thats how it is though.....whenever you're looking for something it's never avaliable.

Just get some factroy 15" weaves and paint the center balck and leave a silver lip or paint the center your car body colour and leave a silver lip....Would look sik as, lowered tastefully.. My 2c Mavrick

You use a tint spray on them followed by a clear coat.... Try the search function at the top right of the screen, theres heaps on this topic already.

Doesn't Shelley do them in vinyl? What sort of wheels did you get in the end? Standard 15" weaves?

I want those wheels, but really dont have the time to deal with the hassel of selling a car.... We'll see....

What has been done to it since you bought it off here 8 or so months ago? What power is it making at the moment? What sort of boost is it running also? Cheers
