Happy birthday to you Happy birthday to you etc etc

They were! They just didn't wanna have sex with you

Not sure exactly what to make of that?!?

True of all industries . What annoys me is that a Datsun 120y, or similar, can get a warrant (even if it is mint) yet my E36 failed on a 5mm stone chip that was argueably(sp) completely out of the line of sight. But that's true of all rules I guess.

I think "a fantastic performance tyre" might be going a bit far. I agree that they are good value though and the wear isn't too bad either. And I wouldn't worry about sidewall flex between those two sizes. There's only 5.5 mm difference.

Reasonably good. I prefer the Falken 452. Haven't used the Dunlop yet.

Will doesn't have a habit of being unrealistic. I suggest his price is fair. His cars are well looked after too.

Oh, ha, yes. Was thinking sedans! 1 330 se manual in Tauranga. 1 328 se manual in Dunners. Shame they wern't motorsports. We would have bought one.

Show me a mototrsport in manual for sale!

That'll be interesting. He didn't seem to be able to get rid of it at $16000.

Have a set of springs, shocks & struts from a 97 328. Mspec or motorsport or whatever ya wanna call em. Sound cond. No leaks etc. ~$200?? Also parts from the E46. Incl full black leather interior, 3x doors, some lights, etc, etc, etc. Ask and I'll tell ya ha. Nothing mechanical or electronics as yet.

Fair call. It's no wonder Beemers are written off so often rather than repaired!!!!
-
Very subtle! I do like the car. Agree with Graham on the rear lights. The clears look so natural on silver.
-
Its a 95 325 ya noob!

Seeing that the engine had the same problems in 2 cars suggests the problem is in the block yes? Maybe the block has blocked gallerys that caused the problem with the previous head?? Are you sure the block and head are compatible?

There's no pedal box in an e36. I'm not entirely sure I follow what you're asking, but I know that the brake master cylinder is the same for autos and manuals. The clutch master cylinder is mounted direct to the pedal under the dash and shares the reservoir with the brake. The clutch pedal hangs off the other side of the pedal bracket from the brake pedal. Check out realoem.com for exploded pictures.

Never really liked that kit much either. Or the colour.
