Seems theres a few reasonable arguments each way. Id pay more for a well maintained car at 150000ks than a badly maintained car at 50000ks. For me it all comes down to the car and its merits. Although I think it is possible for a car to only do 5000k a year in Jap traffic, which is scary in itself.

I heard this several times before. All our m52 engine cars have had it. Glenn, check your cap, Im curious to see if yours has it.

If your cars real straight and the painters real good go solid black. No pearl, no metalic. Shwartz(sp) II is the BMW black for later e36s. Glenn does have a point tho. All your door jams, underside of the boot and bonnet, engine bay ect have to be painted to make it look right.

I tend to think that has answered the question.

ET is the distance in mm the mounting face is from the centreline of the wheel. 45 is approx standard. 35 pushes the wheel further out. Im not expert either so 328mob could be right. FWIW I run a 17x8 with a ET35. Oh and ETs change for any given wheel width.
