No pics sorry Kerry my camera is away getting fixed. The coon was a xf but it had a xe kit and wheels and sh*t on it. Not really a real replica just something someones put together

Got to fix up and road test a 85 xf falcon with worked 351 cleveland v8. 4 speed manual. Huge gaurds with 16x10 wheels running huge tyres Had the same kit as the one in the picture but it's painted red with white racing stripes. The video is an example of what it was capable of easly

Yeah man my diff works good I bought it off Darren and he had just done the seals & clutchs and it hooks up 2 wheels everytime. It's a medium case ( couldn't fit in a large case one that I bought ) Idealy I'm after a 3.64 that would be perfect

Trust me Riley you'll want my diff after your done with your v8 conversion. If I had another 100 - 150hp I'd be happy as with it. As Will said it's actually qutie fast to 130k as I only have to change once but up a hill when I change from 2nd to third it takes the revs outta the optimin torque band. For example when I'm passing I change down to 2nd @ 80km -90km and feed it then as I change into 3rd I'm doing 130ish but my revs have dropped back down to 4500rpm or so and I have to wait for the revs to come back up before she starts accelerating good again Eh I need more power Captain!!!!

I'm running a e30 zf s15 trans with 2.93 diff and hav 1750rpms @ 100kmh in 5th my .02c if this helps

Hows the progress goin Riley? What brake booster setup did you end up going with? Who are you getting to make the motor mounts and gearbox crossmember? Gonna be posting some pics I hope

Hmm yeah you could probably get away with a off the shelf bolt on setup as the e28 has a bigger engine bay. You may run into some clearance issues but probably won't be fark all to sort.

Yeah That's one badass e28..... I like your new wheels too. It's gonna be so stauch when you've finished your conversion...... What supercharger system will you be going with may I ask??

I was thinking more like a e12 or e28 with a m5 3.8 Turbo in it. Say around 800hp that way could still get some traction

As far as motor mounts go you should use e28 535i or m5 rubber cylindrical ones e34 5 series sump oil pickup etc Smaller Brake Booster ( i've used e21 ) I'm pretty sure you can use a stock e30 gearbox crossmember with those transmissions without modification And correct me if I'm wrong but you may need the front half of the e36 m3 driveshaft. Wiring shouldn't be too hard either Hardest part of the swap will be your exhaust manifold setup....
