for more performance gains put a heat shield round the filter...so the heat of the 316 engine wont be absorbed by the airfilter. wait a minute 316 compact..i thought 18 was the smallest of the compacts...hmm

ha thats funny cos mine started skreeching the other day...driving me MADDDD!! found it was the very tip of the actual blade had dr-railed and the metal at the end of the wiper was touching the glass on the up stroke...5second fix on the side of the road dunno if you got the same prob..but maybe check the blade fitment anyway.

resin n matting can be brought from lots of places..usually glass pool makers and bodykit places will sell you the products..you also need some hardener for the resin to make it set (usually an organic peroxide), as for making moulds..you need some gel coat and releasing agent..first so your glass product looks nice when it it taken out of the mould..and second so it comes out of the mould at all..lol be aware that fiberglass stuff takes time to get fitting right...ive never had one yet that just fitted up perfect(personally i think its a myth) also preform all work in a small enclosed place...dam that be some fun fumes..weeeheee.. the bumper you pictures has 4 different components..main bumper,lower full lip and 2 end splitters...(they retail for $200 each from a $tealer..dammmm!!) if you find some end splitters to copy get in touch..im trying to find some cheap ones myself...

hmm well im not sure if youre set up is the same as my sentra..but we just had the top bolt hole slotted so you could just loosen the bolts a bit and move the top of the wheel to the desired position(at the wheel alighners) and tighten the fuk out of the bolts..presto instant\easy\cheep and no fuss -2deg (or more) but that was with the boltsfacing up\down the car...on my bmw they are side bolting..so maybe yours are too..if so..hmm yeah top camber\castor plates would be a go.

id rather have a jazz..they look pretty style with nice mags etc
