my old E30 iS came with these hubcaps. i wonder which fool would even get them for what they're asking! LOL! http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-232261270.htm

sourced one for cheap & started hacking the thing to fit will get it wrapped in leather or vinyl to cover the hole if i can't source one from the US or Europe. Will get some decent flat head black bolts & some foam to bulk the rear carpet to fill the gap

they somehow look a lot bigger than 15s!
-
good work with that cut & polish! looks awesome!

there are few rocking around. you should ask yourself how often you see one, should be enough to tell you if they are rare. a rough one with that sort of ks, i would think less the ~5k mark
-
Because 19s would look so cool on an e30?

now you wish you hadn't sold those 16inch alpinas

i like how they could afford to put on bags but can't afford to get it certed! i'd stay away from it with probably nil service history or parts replacement as it'll all gone on ricey goods.

try the dealers if all else fails for some new ones. ride height looks ok...unless you're using 'compresed' springs

i've spotted a silver facelift 540i at east tamaki that was sitting on its a$$. what a shame....knob was playing with his auto folding mirrors at the lights. like who gives a toss?

8k budget for an e38/39? LOL I'd stay away from these cars as i doubt you'd be able to keep them acquainted to its maintenance schedule. Cosmetics - that's real important to keep these oldies running we dont need more shitty bimmers on the market with owners that dont maintain them and the flick them off as soon as trouble brews, only to leave the next owner with a sour taste of bmw ownership. -
thanks Glenn, Will get a quote from them once i strip out some bits to reduce the weight of that thing so i can carry it.

Anyone on here can recommend a shop i've seen "Slammin's site and he's done his work at Cylinder Head Specialists, Glenfield. Any others that's not on the shore? Need to probably inject new life into an ETA block i picked up. Im looking at getting tanked to clean it up. Reboring or sleving it. Pistons could do with a clean up to. Any ideas how much this will cost? or would it be cheaper to tip it into the skip? Cheers
