had the same issue with Pionneer insurance who was wanting to bump out my policy when i've made no claims etc and been with them for awhile. I gave them a finger and gone to Tower who's given me a great deal.

have a look on OZ ebay if you have a paypal account. you can get it for less than 20 OZ or for 30 OZ you can get a hand brake leaver cover too.

i had one in OZ and came with aircod - it was a dog to drive everytime the aircond is switched on though..it sucks way too much power..

might be cheaper getting a new fender and get it painted. Painting would cost 200-300 for a panel...
