You could start with telling us how much you're willing to spend.. if you dont want to run an amp, then some components might cut it... Brands - MB Quarts/Infinity/Hertz/diamond audio or you could just go plain vanila brands - clarion/sony/alpine/fusion

this is about right. but this is not a complete flush. a complete flush is about 11 litres(from memory) of ATF and this is obviously more expensive. What they should do is ascertain the condition of the oil/internal bits before throwing you a figure. i had mine done at BM workshop, not a complete flush as my gearbox condition is in prettty good condition. also inclusive was a new filter and gaskets.

i've had autosure and they've been great. keeping that car for tha period of time, you'll just lose more money, esp the 7! just because it cost 20k to buy now, doesn't mean it will have a cheap maintenance bill, esp when it comes to parts.. remember these things were over 100gs!
