  1. SOLD! Set of brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres (literally only done 15km on them). BMW Star rated. Paid $1967 for them but selling for $1500 ONO. Sizes: 2 x 225/45R18 and 2 x 255/40R18 Auckland pickup only (although could potentially do courier if organised by buyer). Reason for sale: not happy with how they fit on my 18" rims. Front has a mild stretched look (I prefer square sidewalls). So moving up a size.
  2. My545

    20"!!!!

So the old girls got these 20" monters on it, 275/30 and 245/30 (maybe 35) and well it rides pretty harsh and even rubs occasionally under only moderate cornering or bumps on the open road. Nice wheel and tyres to look at but too harsh a ride for around town. Would 18's with 245/40's ride a lot smoother? Hyper Drive have some M6 look a likes well priced at the moment. Anyone interested in these Niches?
  3. 205/50R16s x 4. Wrong size for my e30, so have taken them off am now wanting to sell for smaller profile! or if anbody wants to swap for 205/45 or even 215/45. Thanks.
  4. Dunlop slicks, D11 medium compound, 240/625 R17" fit E36 M3 7.5" to 8.5" rims, 2/3 rds worn, starting bid on Trademe $50 for 4, ideal for club racer.
  5. Would anyone be interested in my 3 piece autoart vy wheels complete with tyres off my e46 m3 19 inch PCD 120 Rears offset 35 Fronts offset 20 Hankook Tyres- 285/30 rears -245/35 fronts Looking for around 3.5k (negotiable) Reason for sale is looking to upgrade to work's
  6. Bring out your orphans. Will consider all options. Don't want to spend a lot. Not metric ;-)
  7. Happy new year everybody. Have a set of 5 of the wheels, 6 centre caps and 4 Potenza RE002 225/50R16s that are about 2/3rd worn. The wheels are ET20 and were OE on E39s, but I have been running them comfortably for the last couple of years on my E28 with hub spacers. The paint on a couple the wheels is damaged where some idiot prior to me was running external wheel weights (who does this?) and one is curbed. Can't vouch for their straightness, but it was good enough for my application. Understand the caps fit a couple of different BBS wheels. Happy to look at selling a set, just tyres, just caps, just wheels or whatever. All reasonable offers considered. Having just re read the forum selling protocol, I'll add that indicatively I'd be happy with $200 for the tyres and $200 for the wheels.
  8. Hi, I have a pair of Bridgestone Potenza RE050A 19" - 275/30/19 tyres. IPics to come, sold 'as is', but they should pass WOF. (Wear looks even) Difficult to price... Was thinking $450 ono for the pair These are an 'upsized' option for the OEM e46 M3 19" rears. Selling due to a changed setup. Will post TM link and pics soon.
  9. I came across some details on 'upsizing' your tyres and was wondering about this. Stock is 225/40/19 is 255/35/19 but previous owner has installed 235 / 275. Is there much advantage to moving away from the stock sizing? Anyone have any experience / suggestions? My understanding of 'upsized' options: Cheers

  11. Complete set of 4 original BMW alloy wheels with tyres. 15" inch diameter, 7" inch width. Standard 5x120 bolt pattern. In very good condition apart from the usual minor scuffing. Tyres are Goodyear NCT Eagles 205/55R15. 2 tyres have lots of tread left, the other 2 are borderline, but were still legal the last time I went for a WoF. Located in Christchurch. Looking for $200, but to offers.
