Guest FrantiC Report post Posted June 8, 2009 Yep, All is good. Hopefully by the end of this week I will: Install Throttlebody and intake pipe. Need the variable TPS too (have one sorted, Haven't bought it yet though). Install sparkplugs, bolt on the exhaust manifold to check if it will run as N/A. Will need the IAT sensor though. With this I will hopefully get it to idle properly with no ICV and the 440cc injectors, And hopefully see if all is good. Then when I have what's left I will install the turbo and work my way up from there... All that's left now: - Manifold, Should be here by the end of the week. Get wastegate flange welded to it, Install manifold and turbo and wastegate. - Finish intercooler piping from turbo to intercooler. - Install intake pipe and throttlebody with BOV etc. - Vacuum lines to ECU, BOV, Boost gauge and wastegate sorted out. - Turbo dump pipe and Exhaust system made up - Have this sorted with an exhaust shop, Just waiting for my turbo and manifold to be installed then tow it down there. Going with full 2.5". - CERT... Should be finished with an exhaust by the end of next week. hehehehe. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Got the IAT now too, Gota get the bung and BOV bung welded to my intake pipe too, almost forgot that.. Possibly aye, Have always thought about painting centers black wanted too since I first got them but never got around to it. For now they will stay as is..
