aja540i 1906 Report post Posted December 17, 2013 can anyone recommend a good place to get a ZF 5hp24 transmission rebuilt, e39 540i, Auckland would be best, but the nearest ZF authorized agent is Oz, so anywhere closer than that would be good. Get a manual conversion and not only will you save heaps and get a better car it will raise the value. and if you dont drive manual, just convert it and sell it, you will still come out way ahead.
