Mark312 25 Report post Posted March 25, 2015 (edited) (might be a bit out of place, just thought some of you would be intrigued as much as I was) Wow, this is insane, these are not seen for less than 35k and this just sold for 24k... same engine as the lamboghini galardo and murcielago!! was 350k in 2006.... the sound system was a 16k factory option! http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/audi/auction-860878330.htm Edited March 25, 2015 by benzboy
Driftit 2078 Report post Posted March 25, 2015 Whoever purchased that car will regret it. It will cost more than he paid in maintenance in less than two years. That is why it was cheap.

Mark312 25 Report post Posted March 25, 2015 Whoever purchased that car will regret it. It will cost more than he paid in maintenance in less than two years. That is why it was cheap Thats a downside to all euros, i.e an ignition module for my car is 7k! I spose its not a lambo v10, and id say lambo prices would apply!? At the end of the day, if I had 24k i'd have to buy it, regardless if I could afford to maintain it...its a impulse!
Beeker2 69 Report post Posted March 25, 2015 However a strategy of getting a good mechanical warranty will take the sting out of that. I've had fast euros for many years. Some are pretty much fault free, some not so. What important is get a clean one to start with, slap a warranty on it, and budget for a couple of wty excess's PA. In between any issues (assuming you get them) you'll be cruising in style.

Mark312 25 Report post Posted March 25, 2015 Imo, for 25k you could import a Maserati Quattroporte from uk which is a lot cooler than the Audi. and btw, the 5.2 v10 only has 450hp not 530!
Mark312 25 Report post Posted March 25, 2015 (edited) For the same price you can get the W12 6l.....509hp! i think part prices would even be more than a e65! And even has fingerprint start! http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/audi/auction-859001641.htm Edited March 25, 2015 by benzboy

Mark312 25 Report post Posted March 25, 2015 You mean the Honda Legend? ^ Nice cars the e60 m5, grey metallic looks amazing on them. Too overpriced, can get a E55, with same bhp for 10k less
