Mark 178 Report post Posted April 8, 2015 This used to be a Christchurch car and owned by another member on here. When I knew the car it had a 2.7 conversion in it. I seem to vaguely remember the owner swapped out the 2.7 when he sold it but I can't be sure of that. Would be worth further investigation if someone is keen on buying the car. That is correct, used to be owned by Mark 1Rotty. It had its original M20B25 pulled out and stroked while in christchurch, was a very poor build as it later turned out. Mark brought it and swapped the engines between his AC Schnitzer S3 and this car, so this car was back to an M20B25, made an appearance at one of the Bimmersport Trackdays, and then he sold it on. For interestes sake (not relevant to this thread) the original engine from this car is been rebuilt again after the so called 2,7 build lasted about 5 minutes, and was removed again, rebuilt properly and stroked further to 2.8L and is still in Marks E30 S3.
