Driftit 1959 Report post Posted September 13, 2015 Since this car is actually a standard 325i and has been miss-advertised as a motorsport could the poor bugger who paid way too much for it take the seller to court? Or could they argue that they meant the title as 325i with M Tech II kit? I mean the new owner thinks the car has only had one previous owner.... Its a Jap import. It could have had 20+ owners over there. You don't get those records with the Jap de-reg papers. I kinda feel sorry for him. But he did ignore all advice.
