gjm 3258 Report post Posted June 19, 2016 I don't care about the 'hairdresser' comments - I really like this. Maybe I've turned the corner to 'that' age a bloke reaches when a sporty convertible seems essential? I seriously doubt it's affordable for me, but I may just have to give you a call, Ray... stooka 4 Report post Posted June 19, 2016 (edited) So how extensive was the frontal damage? Was only crashed and sold via Manheim Salvage within the month? http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache%3AkNYJE2SLSRgJ%3Awww.manheim.co.nz%2Fdamaged-vehicles%2F4794890%2F2003-bmw-z4-e85-convertible%3FreferringPage%3DSearchResults%20&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=nz Edited June 19, 2016 by stooka
Michael. 2313 Report post Posted June 20, 2016 Looks like just lower radiator support damage. A lot of cars are written off with minimal damage in some cases, very wasteful. It's a good service HellBM does fixing these up and getting them back on the road. I've bought a previously written off car fixed from there and you couldn't tell, a quality repair
HELLBM 1552 Report post Posted June 20, 2016 (edited) Anyone interested in buying this pick up the phone and call for all details. Ant or stooka my number is 0212435526. Edited June 20, 2016 by HELLBM
stooka 4 Report post Posted June 20, 2016 What’s wrong with disclosing here what was repaired? I’m sure more of us would like to know and saves you the hassle of answering the same questions…
KwS 2421 Report post Posted June 20, 2016 cant have been that bad, airbags arent triggered (or the car was stationary and someone else hit it). Either way im sure Ray would have it up to a decent standard and its a damn good price for what it is. Oh and Graham, no matter the age, convertibles are always the answer.

stooka 4 Report post Posted June 20, 2016 ??? Please keep your discussion relevant to the vehicle for sale. That Merc isn’t me lol, even more confused. I asked a genuine question pertaining to the vehicle for sale, to what extent is the front damaged? Why are you avoiding it?
KwS 2421 Report post Posted June 20, 2016 If you are actually interested and not just wasting his time, call him. Otherwise why keep crapping on his thread?
HELLBM 1552 Report post Posted June 20, 2016 Minimal damage to front. New carrier and skin. All sorted. If you are not https://www.facebook.com/AntonyVSaunders my apologies. Stooka/Ant is a hell of a coincidence. Now you can call to arrange a time to view. 0212435526
stooka 4 Report post Posted June 20, 2016 Thanks for clarifying. Was genuinely concerned why you wouldn't enter discussion into the damage. You can understand where my concerns lie. I will give u a call as soon as I land back from the states. First time I've seen someone use a similar name.
E36_Turbo 84 Report post Posted June 20, 2016 Looks like a good buy, especially if that damage described is mainly / or all Cosmetic repairs...perfect for summer cruise GLWS!
MISS BM 712 Report post Posted June 20, 2016 Repairs by Ray and the HellBM team are top class. Minter than factory. Plus people forget engineers have to come and assess every car that is to be put on road, then compliance.. and the list of hoops to jump through goes on.. and on. Better than a dodgy job edging on the limit of a write off and being done by back yard Joe to just get it on the road.. and I know PLENTY of these crawling around. Nice car Ray, GLWS P.S Ant/Stooka is a pretty funny link up! Thought it was Antony too.
Tristan 338 Report post Posted June 21, 2016 Just looks like someone who can't be bothered entertaining online jibber jabber and would rather talk in person with serious prospective buyers. Exactly what I'm doing with my E92 M3 that's had the engine rebuilt.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
M3AN 4016 Report post Posted June 21, 2016 ...entertaining online jibber jabber... ...is exactly the expectation you set when you post on a public forum. Isn't it?
BMTHUG 1039 Report post Posted July 10, 2016 Online jiibber jabber is a no no lol why try to drag someone's sale through the dirt with sly comments instead of calling them if you are genuinely interested. Too many keyboard savvy people these days but not enough genuine buyers! a lot of car for the money and I can vouch for Ray and the Hell Bm team wholeheartedly! Great car for great money!
