allan 295 Report post Posted September 15, 2017 (edited) Hi all what photo storage sites do you use. Have been using drop box and photo bucket but both seem to be on the frits and having trouble getting links to post up photos. gjm 3258 Report post Posted September 15, 2017 I think Photobucket are trying to go commercial - unless they seriously up their game, it'll be the end of them. flickr is said to be good. I just use Google Drive.
M3AN 4016 Report post Posted September 16, 2017 (edited) Neither DropBox nor PhotoBucket allow embedding now so they're dead for image sharing. I signed up with a free web host with storage and they don't prohibit embedding (at least for the time being). My traffic requirements are low so I expect it will be fine. If you give them your phone number you also get FTP access which makes things very easy. https://www.000webhost.com/ Edited September 16, 2017 by M3AN
Olaf 3321 Report post Posted September 16, 2017 www.flickr.com I've been using flickr as a paid service for more than ten years. now it's free. you have unlimited capacity. it works well and has decent user interface.I have about 2200 images on there. here's one I hosted earlier... hosted on www.flickr.com all rights reserved.

Just be sure to make the album first, and upload directly to it if you want unlisted images (otherwise they appear on the front page)
