Frodo88 6 Report post Posted April 20, 2018 I wonder why the 03 M3 (KYK) is listed as damaged product, it was for sale recently for 21k. Doesn't look like it suffered a crash or anything - maybe engine damage? (anyone know?)
Navin 180 Report post Posted April 20, 2018 Sounds to be a head gasket issue. Auction details state water in oil, oil in radiator
M3AN 4016 Report post Posted April 20, 2018 Actually it says "Vehicle has water in radiator and oil in engine." which is where I'd expect those fluids to be...
JohnM575 112 Report post Posted April 20, 2018 Somebody save the Laguna Seca Blue E46...Would be interesting to see how extensive the damage is beyond the door and rear quarter panel.
qube 3570 Report post Posted April 20, 2018 (edited) for anyone interested in the rego history of the LSB e46 here it is: https://www.carjam.co.nz/car/?plate=mholic I remember seeing this around 10 years ago, MHOLIC was the plate. I was not wrong Looks like the owner of this car "BMWMMM" has moved onto a 2009 Black E92 M3 Also the Pheonix Yellow one was sold by Brent not long ago and until recently was up for sale on trademe without much luck. KwS 2429 Report post Posted April 20, 2018 That yellow one, i seem to recall it was on facebook forsale locally recently? Looks like it would be worth saving if it were cheap enough. That LSB one though, thats the one to buy and fix. A great color and rare at that.
