gjm 3222 Report post Posted April 19, 2021 Who wants an E30 when you could have this? https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/motors/cars/bmw/listing/3060937618
Misty 23 Report post Posted April 22, 2021 (edited) I bought this car! Had a crazy family connection and had to have it. I spotted my dad's car (74 Tii race car) in the background of his last Trademe pic. In the paperwork pile with the car, there was old pictures of my late father at the same meets as his late father with both of their 2002's in the early 2000's. A beautiful coincidence. Very very happy. Edited April 22, 2021 by Misty

Misty 23 Report post Posted June 18 Well, 3 years later, she’s had an extensive resto and nearly back on the road. I got a little carried away..

Misty 23 Report post Posted June 18 Cheers guys! Thinking about wheels. The tyres that are on it are 42 years old so will be coming off. Was thinking the E21 13's on it would look cool reconditioned with polished dishes and gold painted centres... Or just bite the bullet and try to find some 15 inch Alpina style?! Misty 23 Report post Posted June 18 @Neil McCauley Dad was also a good friend of Bob McMillan and they passed in the same year so a fitting tribute to both of them.
