As someone who does 15000+KM every 3 months in a absolutely rubbish XC Holden Combo, I even take it on farms, drive it in paddocks... end up in the middle of nowhere, has no traction control, and sits on 185's Please get over yourself, Yes you're right but there is a point which nobody really cares.

BDM tested and working ... Holy crap is this thing fast!!! Less than 11 seconds to do a full dump of both chips!!! This versus over obd2 of 9 minutes for a partial dump and over 30minutes for a full dump. Have now created a mss54 without ews, no speed limit, sport mode memory, and shift lights for 6 speed manual. Going to dial back the flash counter on this one also back to 1

Unless there are F1 or WRC drivers on here masquerading as average everyday enthusiasts, I doubt anyone has the right to consider themselves great drivers. It's all relative. Perhaps when compared to a stay at home mum/dad who drives 15 km once a fortnight to visit family there are people here who are better. But that's about it.

General rule is you will never make money out of 'projects' let alone incomplete ones, of which I take it you are at terms with. From my POV, it's not worth any more than a stock (legal) 318ti, as someone (who knows what they are buying will also be buying the risk(s) associated with getting it legal, and thus will be looking for a 'bargin'. Harsh I know. The flip-side it there is always someone out there that doesn't know sh!t and may be willing to pay the value you are looking and not care about the legal side of things. It sucks you're in this position of getting rid of it, as it would be much better for you to get it cert'd and enjoy it for a while, thats why we do these projects isn't it....

Havent updated for a wee while as I thought id keep the updates to "complete stages" All tray wall panels have been cut and fitted. Ill be sending these away tomorrow to be blasted and bent, then the will be fitted and trimmed into their fixed positions with rivets and welded in. Ive also cut most of the flooring out, will update again once they have been blasted and pent to fit.

More updates - it's been a busy week for the M. Needless to say I was ecstatic to find my shipment from the states was ready for collection on Monday morning. George kindly got my new Supersports fitted on the apex wheels by the afternoon and I was itching to leave work so I could fit them. Also part of the shipment was my CSL bootlid. I got this for a good price so I wasn't expecting it to be perfect. It took a bit of work to get it fitted (thanks to George again) but the end result is pretty good. Coilovers should be going in Saturday fingers crossed. Here's how it's looking at the moment. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
