Did some work on Saturday up at Rays workshop and replaced the OEM diff hanger bush with a set Ive had tucked away fro 6 years or so from AKG Motorsport. Its nice to have lateral rear handling dialled back in again. I thought having a solid poly bush would make things a bit harsh, but it really didnt. I will however keep an eye on the rear hanger and make sure its not going to suffer. z3m Mcoupe 3.15 Diff out. Also took time to replace the half shaft bolts with new torx head ones I had tucked away instead of the annoying cap screws that were on it. New Solid mount 75d poly one being installed.

@MD13 and bga - Thanks for the feedback, genuinely I do appreciate it as I too have seen a couple of M325s doing the rounds on Trademe for in the region of $12 - 15k which don't seem to shift too rapidly. Nice to know that I'm in the right ballpark. May be as much a function of the market for these cars I guess, they're pretty niche appeal. At the end of the day I'm not selling this car to make a fast buck, basking in the glory of the M3s rise to absurdity (and beyond). I bought this car for $9000 in 2010. It's in far better nick now than it was back then, but I spent money where it was needed to bring the car back up to scratch, not to maximise my "profit" (HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!) come sale time. That the cars have risen in value the past few years is incidental and, largely, irrelevant - I want her to find a new home with a genuine enthusiast owner (hence advertising here first). Cheers.

With Tony Quinn's magnificent improvements/extensions, is there a schedule for club Days in the coming season at Hampton Downs ? On April 10 this year during the final round of The Classic Japanese series the track was closed for one hour while American / V8's drove sedately around for 5 laps. I wasn't sure if this was a "club" event, but it didnt cost them a bean ! Does BimmerSport or any other Auckland Car Clubs have any plans to have an event in 2016 -17 for those of us who dont have : fire proof suits, roll cages, Titanium Helmets but I would be willing to pay $ 80 ( say ) to follow a pace car at say 180km max just for the thrill. Single file 10 seconds intervals :no over taking: 15 minutes or so on the track. Cars to be Road legal. According to Keith Jones, who is involved with the Classic Japanese series the rental for the day at H Downs will increase next season, if the extension is used, Pukekohe circuit day rental for clubs is being finalised soon, I am informed. Any thoughts or information ??

@ 3 Series - cheers mate, my photography skills do leave a lot to be desired - may enlist the help of my nephew. @ Andy - absolutely no Schnitzer (or Scheisser, as my wife would say) goodies that I can detect. Mainly kept for the obscure reason that our old 7 a side footie team (approx a third Irish, a third Italian, a third German) was unimaginatively christened - yep - AC Schnitzer. The badges are easily removed. :-) @ bga - nowhere near as horrendous as I had anticipated. Just under a grand for the pair, and the driver's seat gave the impression the previous owner had met an untimely demise at the hands of a large bear. If your seats are in reasonable condition I don't doubt you could undercut that. Cheers.

loose the AC Schnitzer badge, or post what AC Schnitzer goodies it actually has, because from where I am sitting that is detracting value.

Mmmmm, Style 95's are one set of wheels I love on the E38. In fact they look good on most Bimmers.
