if you are looking for second hand metric tyres, then you are either going to be searching for a long time, or have to fork out a lot of money for a new tyre/pair of tyres. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/wheels-tyres/alloy-wheels/auction-1285681130.htm how about something like this? standard 15" basketweaves for about $200, has useable tyres to keep you going, and when the time comes to change them, they will be cheap as chips to replace since 15" tyres are plentiful.

no time for pics today, will get some on the Welly Bimmersport Roadie on Sunday #8 ) If you've never clay-barred a car, you're in for a treat. Makes waxing so much easier, too!

UPDATE: 152595kms. Replaced Air Filter with a new Hengst E728L (same as what was in there, only cleaner!). Also, thoroughly washed the wheels. Suds-bombed the car with AutoGlym shampoo. Rinsed. Washed with mitt with AutoGlym shampoo. dried with synthetic chamois. Clay barred. Waxed. Rain-X'd the windscreen My first suspension parts shipment arrived.

You can preload too. Hold brakes and start accelerating. Sometimes helps autos. Sometimes makes zero difference. I took my old 2003 Mitsi Vr4 there once. It ran the same times no matter what I did. Over and over. Got bored of that pretty quick.

doing a bit of light-painting eh, Kyu? Nice work. I like the setups with the Scooby, with Aucks in the background. The security fencing's not nearly as sexy. PS - that's one ice-cool 130i. Those Work wheels are superb.

It took me 2.5 hours start to finish. Honestly, the clay-barring - although being another step - saves time and effort in the waxing. The brown stuff that comes off the paint and onto the clay, is surprising. #8 ) Edit: I clay bar about every 3rd or 4th wax.

Yeah its hopeless, I was spinning through 3rd and that was feathering the throttle with r888's. Was really surprised at how low traction was compared to on the streets.
