4 pointsI've noticed a similar trend with used parts. Demand is gone, yet sellers still expect what they paid two years ago. It's particularly obvious with things like manual conversions, etc. Some are getting upset at offers not meeting their expectations but the market has moved.

1 pointHi all, I’m not a BMW owner myself, but my Dad is a long time owner and he is into his second BMW (first one was 525i the 1987 to 94 series, second and current is 320d), while my brother and sis-in-law own one X series SAV, and I like to consider buying one as my next car at some point. nice to meet you all, I look forward to learn more in depth about BMW!

Having seen complete engines up for sale at US$25k I am sorely tempted... but then I will never be in a position to afford to get another one. Soo many other engines that give much better bang for buck... but S14 tho'
