They still do Techno Violet on this Holden Commodore.

I was lucky, my ballasts were fine, I cleaned the wet one out with water displacement spray (WD40, RP7, 5.56 etc) and let it dry. A good replacement would probably be available from Trademe or a wreckers.

Yes it was mine. I bought it from the guy who imported it originally from Singapore, who was very misleading about the cars condition. There's a bimmersport ownership thread on it. My bro in law handled the sale for me at the time.

Technoviolet is still available as an individual colour on some model builds. Thundernight was a similar launch colour on the M240i and there are a few in NZ.

Decatted diesel utes (old hiluxes / landcruiser 70's / discovery) belching black smoke + 100dB exhaust noise everywhere they go can FRO. We should get emissions testing here...

Aliexpress USB charging. Cheapest mod yet at $10. Not something you need often but handy when you do. Dremeled out the cig lighter hole and filled down the + terminal so i can use the OE plug. Nice and stealth and can be switched off and on. ATE handbrake shoes and hardware. Heard a slight drag on L\R when the boot rim was off when the wheel rotates to a certain spot. Could be the the disc but thought id replace them first since they are cheap. Will have to bed them in at some point and recheck the noise.
