i know M20 motors take cambelts(320/325i) i'd imagine whatever M4X is in the 318 will have a belt aswell

i'd be keen on a couple of sets For the E30 maybe the E36 dunno if i'd want a euro fake on the front and normal on the rear of my E39... normal sized ones with Bimmersport would be cool? 'coz E39s are "special" nd don't know if the olds would want one for the E46

fuuuuuu I hate E30 headlights, got a 3 spares at home because of busted adjusters, was hoping I wouldnt have to touch it so I wouldnt break any of them haha Cheers Guys!

My E30 has a smashed headlight lense, stone went clean thru it, Can i replace just the glass lense or do i have to remove adjusters or whatever holds it in there and change the whole "bulb" TIA

sh*t bad luck, Who are you insured with out of interest? lol On a side note I wrote of three cars in one accident 2 weeks after getting my restricted and I still got insurance on everything thru my parents after that with AMI, ya just gotta be firm with them and point out "hey we've got house, contents, and 4x cars on your insurance and am quite happy to go elsewhere"... that gets them talking to their manager who inturn will say yay or nay.. call centre guys make things because they're following generic guidelines Anyway as i said, E39's are awesome cars, you'll love whatever you get!

Why don't you put the car in your parents name and have it thru your parents insurance mate?...SOOOO much cheaper and they'll insure anything. Just have you as a "listed driver" and your Mum or Dad as a "Main driver"...never understood people who don't do this when they have trouble with insurance, It's all legit and I know plenty of people who are insured this way and have made claims etc... V8 for the motherf**king win, I don't care what people say and if its only got afew more HP than the 530i... the sound alone makes it worth it! only reason i'd move from a V8 is to go 750iL or E39 M5 lol BTW im 19 so i'm not spinning a yarn from 10 years ago about the insurance from back in the day, im talking nowadays! Anyway E39's awesome so enjoy!

Hey Guys having some trouble with a car Went to start up the E36 320i (Manual if it matters) as it sat and sat for months then the battery went dead... so didnt want the new battery to die... it hasnt been driven in a couple of months either.. so i started up from dead cold and its pulsing like a retarded Rotor The car was condensating inside alot as it sat closed up for a good 2 months so maybe moisture has got somewhere or the ECU is in learn or limp mode since the batt went dead flat and has been changed? Or somethings buggered or stuck? idle valve? Anyway the video will explain what I mean, im not touching the accelorator at all in the Video! It drives fine until you put the clutch in then it does the weird hunting and pulsing rubbish again 'till its back in gear No warnings lights or faults showing on the dash or OBC Thanks in Advance!
