That's going to be my first problem Brent... the rest will follow If I just wait a short time for one of the open class guys to cook and engine... I think theres 3 that are running M54B30's now... maybe I should put my order in with Foxy The alloy blocks won't take a severe overheat and they distort with extreme load or HP

So it's no good asking you for a crank, rods etc ...is it Kerry ?
-
I need the first bits first... then do alot more research and go from there.
-
Ssssssh !!! I'm still researching

You are allowed to call *555 & 111 on your cellphone for any emergency while driving... the call is logged and an officer will not ticket you for this

Ist priority: (1)M54B30 crank, rods & pistons I'd also like all the bearing shells too if possible (new will be fitted on final assembly) I know this is going to be a hard ask... once I can get these ^^^I will need the rest: (2) M52B28 head complete with vanos & rocker cover (3) M50B25 Single vanos short block complete (Must be E36 84mm bore) (4) M50B25 Intake manifold

No it won't... Auto Clutch in Aucks can do you a custom set up.
-
If the leak is coming from the bell housing, it can only be the slave cylinder that is leaking. If there is a problem with the clutch the slave cylinder may be working outside it's limits and leaking from the piston. Unbolt the slave cylinder and see if there is any fluid coming out of the cylinder where the pushrod goes in. It may just be a faulty cylinder. Where abouts are you situated ?... might pay to update your profile with your location... it helps

E36 Rear Suspension problem. Help Please.
*Glenn* replied to briancol's topic in Brakes, Suspension & Steering
It can only be distorted in that direction by a person working on the car. If it was too low with standard shocks it would do damage to the shock tower... it would not distort the mount in the opposite direction. The shock mount is capable of restricting the downward travel of the suspension without problems. I've seen this done quite a few times by people who don't think when they do things. I'd realy need to look at it to give an accurate opinion. -
E36 Rear Suspension problem. Help Please.
*Glenn* replied to briancol's topic in Brakes, Suspension & Steering
I've seen that done to alot of E30's, E36's & E46's. It's not a mount failure at all, however the mounts will need replacing now. -
HB Willy From Glenn & the Team @ B.M.W Ltd You kept that quiet

I have one with brand new mounts $70... I'm in Aucks as well which is easier

No I didn't see yours Greg. Driving down to Taupo and home again made me look for a solution. Wifey kept playing with the radio to find channels we could listen to, she also forgot to bring some CD's. I don't like cables all over the place so it was a toss up between the Fusion unit or a Sony DSX-S100. They had the Fusion on special at Repco for $199 everywhere else was selling them for $300-$500 even though the Fusion website had a RRP of $299. I'm very pleased with it so far

From what I can see, it's not brand new either... possibly a scam or ripoff

All M52's are black plastic unless its been retro fitted with alloy. If it's plastic...replace it..about $50.... they normaly break when you fit new seals and try to refit them, or they'll crack a few days later, unless it's fairly new.

I removed the external, rebooted and all the songs play on the laptop... I also disabled auto sync just in case My iPod is a Classic 80gig
-
All sorted.. thanx guys I downloaded itunes on my laptop, got my external hardrive out which backed up my old laptop and what do you know.... I had actually backed up my itunes playlist which is exactly the same as whats on my ipod. Opened itunes and it automatically found and installed it from the external hard drive... problem solved
-
Now I have a small problem... all my computers are new and I didn't save my iTunes. I've read the manual.. but I'm not sure what to do... can I reinstall from my Ipod music to iTunes? or do I just follow these instructions ? If you connect iPod classic to a different computer and it’s set to sync music automatically, iTunes prompts you before syncing any music. If you click Yes, the songs and other audio files already on iPod classic will be erased and replaced with songs and other audio files on the computer iPod classic is connected to. For more information about adding music to iPod classic and using iPod classic with more than one computer, see Chapter 2, “Music Features,†on page 17.
