I would agree. It would be uneconomic to pay someone to do it. If you could do it yourself, it still would expensive, depending on where you can source your parts from. You could try Ray @ HELLBM, he may be able to put a price on it

Repost... been discussed heaps http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....t=0&start=0

No.. the rolling diameter of the wheel last time I was activley doing WOF's
-
The guard still doesn't cover the rim...only the tyre... it would still be a fail for a pedantic AVI or police officer doing their job
-
I don't know the figures...but from the pictures it looks like the tyres are too small for the rim width. If I'm wrong...so be it... I wasn't criticising... just making an observation The WOF fail would probably be the wheels and tyres extend outside the body width (guards)
-
Not for rim width though Yongxi

If the sensor has been activated by worn disc pads, the pads and sensor need replacing. Pays to measure, machine or replace the disc rotors. On that model it should be just plug and play. If not you need to go into service reset without resetting the service lights to clear the fault code.

On some of the vehicles there is more to it. Which model are you referring to ??
-
It's either your method of reinitialising the key, the key itself or the ZKE module. How many keys do you have and where are you located ?? Also.. what shape is the key, and how many buttons ?

It can't be removed. You need to replace it. It has pre cat & after cat oxy sensors. What is the problem with the existing cat ?

Thats an early non vanos M50 oil filter remote -
The FSR is probably the cause, however other components and control units can cause this. Unplug the FSR and see what happens over a couple of days. We test this buy doing a voltage discharge test in sleep mode. It should be around 20 mA.

Not if you feel confident. You would need to firstly check if you are loosing the earth or the power supply and go from there. You might find a break or bad connection. Considering it's effecting two different bulbs, iI would suggest its an earth problem.

That looks wicked Kerry...

You'll need a new valve then

That is the heater tap... where is it leaking from ? you can't see it in the picture. If you can pressure test it ... it will show you what you need to replace

Strange Sounds when passing a hump

Some brands of after market disc pads will do that. They don't fit properly in the callipers. Or the inner pad clip has lost its spring tension.
