E92 M3 Supercharged for sale on TM?!
Gaz replied to E36ShoppingTrolley's topic in TradeMe discussions
I know what I'm test driving this weekend -
Don't do that. The amount of times I have bought something else only for the right car to turn up a couple of weeks later is crazy.
-
What about a passat? Those are getting very cheap now days and as long as the cambelt has been recently shouldnt be too bad
-
Fixed up my camber plates and test fitted my new rims
-
Does anyone in Christchurch have a guard roller I could borrow at some point? Will pay beers or cash. Failing that, if I brought one, would there be any interest in using it? $25 for the weekend

Im still well behind. Na the adjuster is still there. BC actually supply a thin rubber ring to replace the adjuster for extra low. Agreed. I picked up a treatme deal for Tyreplus in town so will see how they go. My brothers work use them so cant be that bad.
-
How hard is it to remove? A guard is bent and Im thinking it might be easier to replace it Ive got some BC Golds which have been lying in my room for the last year. Currently at the lowest point at the rear and half down at the front.

Not sure about well built yet haha. Need to get my hands on some trim and man-up to drill some holes for the sideskirts.

Excuse the sh*t photos, the lens needs a clean. Put the coilovers in last weekend and it turned into a bit of a nightmare. 5 of the 6 strut nuts had been stripped so that was fun. Ended up with my brother pulling the struts from below and using the rattle gun to effectively yanking them off. No photos of the installation sorry. Managed to pick up some M3 mirrors in the same color so put those on. Also test fitted the ACS rep for a laugh. Haven't got a wheel alignment done as I might go lower in the front but if the rears are anything to go by, a small roll and 215/40 tyres might work. Yes the guard is resting on the tyre

Only if you were closer! GLWS, seems like a bargain to me.
-
Nice work so far. Did you make those mounts yourself? Welcome to Bimmersport
-
Still deciding on the height and if I want to go lower with Christchurch roads the way they are right now. Pics will come.
-
Added lows. So much so that couldn't get it off the hoist, whoops.
-
Very easy. Just have to play around with you seats to squeeze it out. OP - if you do it yourself you should be able to do it for around $50. I went to Spotlight and picked up some fabric and glue. Would be happy to lend a hand if you want but haven't done one with a sunroof before.

I thought it had looked familiar. Must have had it on my watchlist aswel.

I'm after a rear blind for the touring. I'm incredible f**ked off with myself after losing it while moving house and appears the new tenants in my old flat threw it away. There's a few on Ebay but would like to but local if possible to save on shipping and hassle.

Somewhere in the darkness there is a DB4 parked outside the restaurant on Saturday night. Sounds amazing. Also today saw a PFL Tech 1 coupe on widened steelies down Blenheim Road. Anyone on here?

Those Style 5s are killer. Want to sell them
-
Ex-Christchurch car that one. Used to see it go more sideways than straight.

I was driving the Gf's Alfa 147 as we car pool most days. Can't tell that it needs panel and paint, looked pretty good to me. Those Hargtes look awesome with the drop you have.

Spotted Charles32 yesterday in 5pm rush hour on Moorehouse and Fitz. Looks really good

Your certifier must be nice. I've had a chat to mine and you can only have one type of type on your cert plate unless its a 4wd or rally car.

I'm after the LHS orange indicator for a coupe. Could be tempted for a pair of clears if they cheap enough. Cheers
