Cheers Stz I know 'between' eras they arent compatible, but I was hoping they would be 'within' eras. I know e32 and e34's are interchangable so was hoping the e30's would be too. I wonder if the clear plastic is the same size and I can just swap those over.

Can someone please tell me if the side repeaters from the e32/e34 fit the e30 ? I didnt think they did, but they are all over ebay saying they do. The guys selling them on Trademe say they have nothing but if the e32 ones fit then Ill take those

Doesnt matter what the reserve is because the buy-now wouldve disappeared as soon as someone placed a bid.A dollar reserve does not mean he has to sell it for a dollar, it just means it will be sold to the highest bidder. If he had let the auction run then he wouldve had to sell it.

TradeMe T&C's state.... They also state Now I have no idea how long the auction was up for but as the seller has made a genuine mistake there is no way you can force him to sell and he is quite within his rights to refuse to sell.

HAHAHAHAHA I did the same thing on another auction. Had no use for whatever it was (and mp3 player or something) but it had buy now of a dollar. He did the same thing, refused to go through with the sale. Interesting how an auction is supposed to be binding for the buyer and not the seller ! What does he actually want for it then and how many of us are going to be watching the re-listing ?

Chaps, Really like the new logo we have on the forum, but cant help thinking that the photo of the black beast should be zoomed out a little to give a bit more detail of the car. Certainly not the whole car, but perhaps just a little more Not a huge issue, but I love its simplicity.

Went to get a copy of the e30 restoration guide today and the bloke asked me if that was the Bentley manual ? Ive always assumed they were different books but ordered the Restoration Guide anyway. So are they the same thing ?

Yep she is still going strong over the Rimutaka's on a regular basis. Not sure Id want to make that journey twice a week in a 316i but she gets there with no complaints !
