  1. Its a V8 and at that mileage.. its just run in if serviced properly. It'll keep going. I'm so bloody tempted to cancel the contract but I've gone unconditional so GAH. DO IT.
  2. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C....htm?key=755736 Rare as rocking horse sh*t. Someone BUY IT. I just bought another house so crap someone else better do it.
  3. The M50 is crap with the auto. The M52 is better. More economical and gruntier with more torque. The Merc if in good condition would be good fuel wise as well as good low down torque being a diesel. Probably cheaper to run as well. Drive all and see which one floats your boat. I suggest an E36 323i with the 2.5L M52. Less HP but better overall. Cheers.

  5. Cain, Donate them to the local hospital. Poor bastards who are stuck in there have only Women's Day to read! I gave a whole box of old car mags and it was like Christmas. Cheers.
  6. if they are closed, get a huge piece of tape to hold it together so the crack doesn't widen. depends on the size, but usually fixable:)
  7. Hi Tony, Welcome. You cannot fit the M3 intake. Totally different. I suggest getting the suspension sorted out first. New shocks and bushes and maybe M-sport springs. Forget about the strut bars and think about sway bars. Have fun. Cheers.
  8. I think the bodywork is pretty good. The engine and suspension needs A LOT of work
  9. http://www.discoverychannel.co.uk/chopshop...episode_2.shtml Very cool.
  10. http://www.turners.co.nz/TabId/188/vguid/F...60/default.aspx Few other cars there but damn this is HOT.
  11. 330i size is 325mm x 25mm. you need the calipers and the caliper carriers. Direct bolt on. You also need minimum 17" wheels. Then for a firmer pedal, you need the E36 M3 master cylinder. Its pretty good for a cheap option BUT it adds a SHITLOAD of unsprung mass from the bigger calipers and the bigger rotors = slower acceleration.
  12. You can rotate the tires. Just make sure they are not asymmetric or directional (Can still rotate directionals AFAIK just get them on correctly!).
  13. nah. too lazy and broke right now
  14. Thanks. I still wish I had a V8 with a manual box
  15. Yep, there's a microfilter that should be changed. sort out the suspension and have fun.

  19. P&H do an awesome job. They've looked after me and while they seem expensive, they do it right the first time. Brian is a great dude and also into motorsport so he'll do an awesome alignment.

  21. I like the Hamann PG2's and the BBS RC's
