    E46 320i

I believe the 320i is a 2.2L I6 engine. Cheers and good luck.

    pics of my e36

Nice. Clears really set the car off
  3. Yep, front and rear lips are ACS. Bought from Yuen.
  4. All bits installed. Front lip took a LONG time to fit but its bloody secure. Rear lip was an utter b!tch. easiest was the spoiler
  5. Need to get new pics but I've got the M3 lip spoiler painted and fitted, ACS front lip fitted and ACS rear lip fitted. Looks more aggressive. Clears, tints still on my list of 'to-do'. Then M3 headers, manual conversion, M50 manifold, cams, cage etc. It never ends
  6. yeah raining and all. Big hairy balls or some magic sticky tires.
  7. definitely NOT stock.
  8. No the wheel centres were missing when I bought them. The jap plate the screw on the left has broken off and I can't be bothered to pull it off plus I'd have to re-drill the numberplate as the screw holes are in the middle of the plate.

  10. Call Bryan @ suspension City in Frankton Hamilton.
  11. http://www.teamfbi.co.nz/ Speak to Adam in AKL Paul in Hamz. Both will sort ya something.
  12. I can't seem to get the Jap plate off. Doesn't bother me enough to actually pull it off so it can stay for the time being. Yuen: Goodies getting shined and it will be fitted next Fri once the spoiler is painted. I reckon some tints and clears and cosmetically, she's done.
  13. thanks. Elbow grease and some of the chip stick did wonders.
  14. http://carscoop.blogspot.com/2007/03/pimpe...uner-mixes.html ^What REALLY not to do to your E30.
  15. Washed and polished and some touch up done yesterday. Tried to take some photos but they have come out slightly over-exposed. I might go out and get some more shots but right now I've got some hedge trimming to do Finally a decent shot. Polished roof.
  16. The proxes CT01 are not the best. The side wall is too soft, but they are a cruising tire and not for NZ roads. I'll change tires when I get the opportunity but not yet. I've just checked the tire size calculator and if I did go 225/35/18... its too low. My speedo will read too high. Ideal is 235/35/18. I don't believe the tire is too narrow for the rim. I've checked and the recommended rim width is 7.5 - 9.0". I too do not believe in the stretched tire look. But if you see it, its not stretched at all. Cheers.
  17. 3pedals, I have the same car as you do. E36 328i. Running 18x8" BBS RS. 225/40/18. I've tried going lower than 38 but there's too much flex in the sidewalls, especially because I'm running Toyo Proxes CT01. Car does feel loose when road is wet/damp but i think its because of the tires and not because of the tire pressure. I regularly go up SH29 (Kaimai's - every weekend), and this is the best compromise. the handling of the car in the dry with 36psi was 'wooly'. Probably need new bushes....... but that in itself is another thread
  18. Agreed, but none of the opinions above (the posts) are based on any scientific measurement. You run your tires at 36psi because subjectively they feel better. I run mine at 38psi because that's where they feel best. At the end of the day, its bloody difficult to be totally objective with tires but its a good reference anyway. They did have some objective data especially braking distance for each tire so its there but not part of the verdict. Cheers.
  19. Back lights remind me of an Aston. Nice but not really as cool as a CLS 63AMG.
  20. http://www.eurotuner.com/techarticles/160_...uide/index.html What a resource and such a long read. Goodyear F1 GSD3 came out tops followed by Yokohama Advans.
