I was directing my comment of that apartment vs the leaker to you, but other comments were referring to the general mindset of newer buyers. However I am curious. Why do you think $1m is a lot for remuera ? Remuera prices have been flat for a while and haven't seen increases anywhere near other parts of Auckland. $1m has been enrty level remuera for 10 years. Perhaps you need to do a bit more homework, because I would advise you to run a mile from that listing you posted. Here's a tip. If a property is advertised with a price in Auckland at the moment, it's overpriced. Talk to a few different agents, they won't be shy to tell you their thoughts on competitor listings. Engage a valuer. And if you are requesting property advice in a car sale sub forum of a BMW website, you're doing it wrong /troll

Nexus 4 is good but it has drawbacks. - back cracks easy and is super slippery - camera is poor. Yes poor. - battery is average only. - design is lacklustre. - speaker is average Running both stock and CM10 with faux kernel and sometimes Franco. Better battery than stock but still nothing great. The One looks sweet, but battery doesn't sound that great either.

Its TG UK Edit - just watched part 1 - great episode! The BMW looked great on those AMAZING wheels haha. It is very sick the amount of car you can get for $4k there. The WRX was getting a caining when it was towing, was pretty cool to watch.

Mine was also totally fine until one day I was driving with the roof open and it must have caught the wind and it all came down. It's a bit of a blow out really as replacing it with a second hand one could land you in the same situation a few months later. I bit the bullet and had it redone by an upholsterer. PM me for deets. (Did my door cards at the same time - they were bung)

That sucks. Doesn't seem worth the effort / planning. What are 'hot' second hand reps worth? Less than a cell phone? Out of interest how would insurance view this? They are "BMW" wheels, so you shouldn't have to note them specifically on you policy? What sort or replacement value would yo get ?

I had this issue. I asked for OEM but they refused. The cracked one wasn't OEM so I couldn't really be bothered fighting (what's the real difference?) I think I was lucky to convince them to replace as it was really just a small chip that could have been repaired. I think I am Lumley and Smith & Smith. Came to my work to do it, looks fine.
