efirty replied to far4ngn's topic in General Discussion
Drphta, who is a member on here used to own a mint red 318is. But it was written off and I'm pretty sure Gus bought the wreck of him -
Bump, some one must have some!

Probably pendulum-granite at the moment. And Lil Wayne - Carter III this week -

Hi guys I have an e30 318i M10 motorwith a blown headgasket. I havn't got any quotes as of yet to have it fixed. But would like to know how much $ other people have paid in the past to have their cars fixed. Just wanting a ballpark figure so i can decide whether or not it is worthwhile fixing. Cheers, Josh

I have been going to the same shell station down the road from me since i got my licence. As soon as i pull in the pump is taken off pre-pay ready for me too fill. Also another time i had forgotten my credit card, the guy told me to just come back sometime during the day and pay. Also came out from paying one time and the forecourt attendant had washed all the windows on my car and had a cloth out wiping bird sh*t off the roof for me! Good service retains customers.

In the states last year i met the rapper DMX (surprisingly friendly and chatty) while sitting at a table in Starbucks Also had a 6 hour stopover in New York city with Nicholas Cage when our plane was delayed. Nice guy, wanted to catch up with my dad for a beer last time Dad was over in the States on business.

I have been trying to get him to join the site for ages. One day i will post some pics up of it

Would not surprise me one bit dude. There was a new 911 turbo in the yard a few weeks ago and that was being driven around quite often. Im sure the owner was unaware of that

I reckon that this intersection is the worst. On my way home from work a couple of weeks ago i counted 5 cars through the red. And have seen countless accidents there where cars have been t-boned by what presumably was a red light runner.

I work on Aintree avenue and that e30 touring is always parked outside. I think I saw your e30 getting thrashed around the streets by some guy while you were away. I'm only joking, but my desk looks out onto the yard for one of those car storage places. The way they treat other peoples cars is appalling. Doing handbrakes into the driveway, reving up engines to the limiter pointlessly. I hope no one on here works for one of those companies lol

I used to go to school with the guy who owns the plate DRFT T. It does stand for drifty. I like personalised plates (currently own 2) and have seen seen some funny ones round town. A mate of mine has just got the plate 'DATEME' on his 740i, gets alot of attention. But no dates as of yet lol

Hi, Like the title says, im looking for a pre f/l window winder handle. Need drivers side one (not sure if there is ant difference?) And...also need a cap for the windscreen washer water bottle. Cheers guys, Josh

Nice car man! And like previously said, the engine should definately raise the resale value of your car
-
Did you sell the guard roller? How much are you wanting for it?
-
Have you got window winder handles? (pre fl e30) Cheers

I read the article ages back in NZ Mountain Bike Magazine. Its when Steve Peat and Hans Rey did a pub tour around Ireland on their bikes riding trails recommended to them by the locals. That was one of the suggested trails......

nice, i know of a few guys who carry 'coon bashers' in their cars for protection. but only know of one being used when a guy tried to pull my mate out of his car at the traffic lights by sylvia park because he tooted at him.
