The bits I can get are, - turbo (yet to find out which one it is) - bov nd wastegate - manifold - ecu - injectors nd fpr - other little bits like lines I have diff (lsd), drive shaft and exhaust. So rockers is a must, MLS and possibly arp studs?

I have an e34 89 m30 (I think its the one with the lower compression) so turbo would be the way to go for cheep power?

Budget will be at a max for buying parts of a round 4k, hoping to do it a lil cheeper tho. Have most of a turbo setup available, will only need to buy little things and dyno time. Or full rebuild with a cam and head work?

awesome, cheers for the advise guys!.. few more q's Whats the best places to buy said rockers from? Who you recommended for head work? Best place to buy gaskets nd stuff? ......... Would my money be better spent on turbo setup with head studs and mls hg? or full rebuild with head work? (Kinda little bit power hungry )

Starting to plan my m30 rebuild and need a few pointers ..... Does anyone know the safe max degrees a m30 camshaft can be with out getting aftermarket valves/springs? ( eg regrind) Would the m30 benefit at all from cam/head work or would it just be best to rebuild it to stock spec? (going in an e30) Any common problems with crank or bearings on a high km block? (245miles) cheers ace

Mark, what side skids have you got? any boot spoilers? and any suspension setups? steering wheels? eg mtech

Do the rx7 brake conversion for brakes and if you had the money go coilovers if ur gona track/slide it or just h&r with koni's or billy's.

Bump! really wanting an e28 or older fiver! or e30 for my motor and possible turbo setup. Not interesed in FL e30 or anything newer than e30 e28..... wanting anything older!!!

Isnt it the same as some coilovers? eg use a flat head screwdriver to looesn the collar then unwind it? or am I high?

Hey lads and ladies Looking for a clean rust free e30 shell, wanting pre facelift coupe or touring Im planing on doing a engine swap so engine and gear box aren't necessary ... neither is a diff. Ideally would be wanting a shell with most of the manual gear in it eg, pedalbox and master cylinder nd sh*t but not to fused. Am willing to buy a full car (eg running and wofd) if it has all the bits i want and is mint condition on the out side... cbf painting it. cheers ace Will also add that if theres any e12 or e28 shells out there ... Thought about other possible enignes? engine swap? If what every one says is true, y replace it with one that could possibly have the same issue 20kms down the road? m5 engines are better and way cooler..... do it! ... Also do you need the car? could you take time and rebuild it yourself and make it better?

Brent, Would the swap work if you used an e34 large case and an e30 medium? eg e34 internals in e30

Was in basalt have a few beers, talking a bit of sh*t with a few of the boys... then all of a sudden i hear .. ... wow, conversation changed from who did u f**k last night to what the f**k was that hahaha, had to show them a few clips for them to believe me but man you should be proud of that magical sound!!
