  2. Is that you standing next to the Bimmersport Race Car??
  3. e46 transmissions have a very slight pause when changing from P to D or vice versa. If you happen to rev in that pause, you stuff that transmissions. If you're seriously thinking about it, take it to Team McMillian to get a pre-purchase inspection. Best $200 you can spend.
  4. The moderators have a forum?
  5. I always seem to click on threads in the "What's happening in the forums" part of the main page, like "Gallerys and Blogs" today, or "I'm Tom Spargo" the other day, but then always get a board message with: "The error returned was: Sorry, the link that brought you to this page seems to be out of date or broken." What's with this? Would be nice to know.
  6. I'm their bum-boy haha. I also go to school.
  7. How do you get a company car when you're what? 16? I work at the local Holden dealership, and if i've been good the'll let me drive the new VE demonstrators down to fill them up. Beats a Ford any day
  8. Hmmm good question. Maybe it's just got a warning to tell you when it gets too hot. Maybe try all the advance menus in iDrive?
  9. Paul Holmes, Susan Wood (My Uncle dated her for a lttle while some years back), Susan Devoy and most of the Hurricanes.
  10. It will go up. It still has 2 weeks to go.
  11. I hate the Personalised Plates in NZ. Go to Queensland, for instance, and when owning a Personalised Plate less emphasis is placed on the actual 'different wording' and more is placed on the custmisation of plates. (Like adding Palm Trees, Rugby Balls, Different Sizes of Plates etc.) Plates NZ has none of this. Have a look.
  12. Why have knee room when you can have a 4" Black and White Sony Tv/VCR!!!
  13. Yes, for $5K you could easily own another problem car, or you could fix an old unreliable BMW that will probably cost you double what it's worth over the rest of its life. Almost everything on e39s are expensive to fix, that car was worth $90,000 new so parts are never going to be cheap. Oh, and just to satisfy my curiosity, was it imported from Singapore?
  14. Bin it. Write it off as a bad experience. A '96 520i with 160,000km can only be worth what? $5K? You could easily spend that much fixing it. Pull it to bits, and sell the good parts on TM.
  15. That'd be great! But I have no idea how it would work, as we're doing stuff all day from 10 - 3. I think we are rotating around Emergency and the Operating Theatres too, so I could keep an eye out for you or something.
  16. Maybe its for us who have been naughty
  17. Yep it's at the Clinical School. I've wanted to be a doctor since I was like 8! The careers day looks pretty good, with Clinical Scenarios and a talk with some 4th Year Med Students etc. I think it'd be a great eye opener to what Doctors actually do, and their workload etc. Are you going to be there?
  18. I found this while browsing. I'm going to Waikato Hospital on Thursday for a Health Sciences careers day, so unfortunately I can't make the auction. Someone buy it!! 330i Cheap!!
  19. Where abouts are you? Can you email pics to [email protected]? Cheers
  20. I'd like it in that Red 'Cardinal' Leather!
  21. I found two e30 brochures on the internet. 325ic and 325e (both for the American market) Pretty cool! e30s must have looked incredible back in their day! Does anybody have any others they'd be keen to share? 325ic Brochure (1988) 325e Brochure (1986)
  22. I know what i'd rather spend $13K on Something like this.
  23. Also, shipping to Germany is 20 Euros per item ($40). You could easily spend a couple of hundred on shipping.
