    Big Pimpin' gear

Hey guys, My company brought in a stack of car audio gear, to do up our promo cars for the RevSpec7 project. We have moved focus on a lot of the cars to dedicated drag cars, so they will be stripped out. As a consequence we have a stack of screens and DVD players to sell off. I have sold 3 or four of each already, you mey have seen them on Trademe. I am about to put up the second round of offerings on TM, but thought I would offer it to you guys first, so here goes: (pics and ads to follow in next posts)
  3. Yep, actually shes got a red tint at the moment, sat in the garage where I resprayed the 2002 Why for you askin?BTW guys still after the elusive 80-82 320is 5 speed gearbox....... anyone?
  4. Nope. an e21 box is fine, just as long as we have gearbox speedo drives then its not a problem.
  5. Hi guys, The 4 speed on the 2002 has kicked the bucket, so I am after a 4 or 5 speed from a 2002 (any year) or the 4 cylinder 320is (1980-1982). I would appreciate any info on tracking one down greatly! Maybe then I can post some photos of NZ's only turbo kitted 2002 touring..... Damian.
  6. Yep sure you can do it yourself, but still requires mods that should still be certified by an engineer (me) unless you are relying on the 'nobody will see it' clause in the law
  7. It isnt adjustable, you need a camber kit - some people were doing a group buy on them a while ago...Is the rubbing on the gaurds or chassis rail or suspension? A gentle persuader will fix gaurd problems as you can stretch them out, but I would suggest finding out why it only does it on one side also.
  8. Sorry mate like I said I can get a 2 litre for $200 why buy a 1.8 for more? $200 or less please guys.... I know plenty of you have them rotting away after your M20 conversions!
  9. Hi all, My 2002 touring (you will see photos of the transformation shortly) is getting rebuilt with 8.5:1 pistons and a turbo bigger than it ever should have, as it is a test / promotional car for the RevSpec7 ECU my consortium is developing. This means in order to get the car out there and advertising while the rebuild is underway, I am looking for a good running M10 engine. Either short block or complete engine, 1.8 or 2 litre is fine, its just for a few months. I can already get a complete e21 2 litre M10 for $200, so if anyone has something IN GOOD WORKING ORDER that they need to pass on, please post a reply, PM me or call / txt 021613183. Cheers, Damian. :pimp:

    BMW 2002 Touring

Really! Then if thats you in your signature, either your dog fell out or you are doing an awesome job of driving by sound...... Memorised the track eh? EDIT: Wait a minute... I think maybe its just that your dog looks good in a race helmet  what a legend did it take long to train him?
  11. Hi all, Before I start down the restoration road, thought I would see if anyone has: a) BMW 2002 doors or door skins. must be rust hole free, can swap with my doors if needed. Really just to save me the effort of plating the holes in mine, so aint looking to pay much. this is the biggie - a clutch plate and pressure plate for a BMW 2002, anything with an M10 engine should have the same clutch eg E21 320is etc. (there are two different diameters I have to open mine up and see which it is). If you have these or know of them for less than $260+gst, please let me know. Even a good as new used clutch would be acceptable, better than the grip the old one is getting trust me! Cheers.

Heres a really bad pic of mine as it is now
  16. Ha, good to know that F1 Engineers race BMW 2002's once they've finished work! Classic... If someone wants a bolton system for their racecar they probably will pay $2000 if they arent DIY type people.

    BMW 2002 Touring

hi yall, This is a shining example of a 2002 touring, much like the one sitting in my driveway but without fist sized rust holes in each door If they want ATLEAST $15G US for it, I wonder if they would ike to know I paid $800 for one that has $10G NZ of receipts for rebuilding everything except the bodywork! Anyway enjoy the pictures, gimme a couple of months for a repaint and I will show you some pics like this but a red one EBAY 2002 TOURING

    It's Done!

Ha, depends if you are paying her as much as they were paying those models! If you read the webiste about the car (very nice car by the way) the twins are the local models where the car lives.
