It runs sweet was a bit of shaggin around to get the thermo stuff to fit up to the 2.5 throttle body. I did a write up on what and how havbe a search may be useful. I had a 240 on mine has since been changed, but I'm running the 2.5ltr on the old L-Jet bit Rangi but hey it works. The 240 is shorter than the 260 so you will need to swap drive shafts also. As Graham said you may need the crank sensor but there's always a way... cheers Matt

Hi Gus, Had the same prob with fitting the 25mm MC will take some pics and post. But I just got a T fitting and split the front line works sweet, all certified etc. 23mm MC is prob better as 25 makes locking the fronts up very easy, I've put a Wilwood prop valve in to wind it back abit. cheers Matt

Thanks Glen, Not as straight forward as I had hoped but then it never is.. Might be best if I get someone with the correct tools and skills to do it looks a bit outside of my level of mechanical experience. cheers Matt

Hi, Does anyone know how inter-changable medium case diff internals are? I have a LSD medium case diff (is a crap ratio 2.93). Figured that if I get another medium case diff (in a nice ratio)I could simply swap the open diff centre with the lsd centre, there by keeping the same crown and pinion together in their original case. I would also swap the output flanges and shafts to keep the bearings and races paired as original. Has anyone done this or have any info that may be useful. cheers Matt

looks like a lot of effort.. For myself I've pulled all the sound deadening out and have a nice hole in the centre of the dash... love the sound of diff whine and road noise. Each to their own but I'd rather spend $$ on improvements of the non cosmetic type. cheers Matt

I have not had any good dealings with SD, also heard a story of a missing M6 engine that "turned up" at SD minus all the bits - still being argued. They charged me $460 odd for some work that didn't fix the problem, then told me they couldn't fix it and I had to go back and get the parts I'd supplied. Just my opinion but wouldn't go near the place! try Kevin Mosen 07 8462972 they've always been good. cheers Matt

It's what I've had in mine for ages works really well, you could make one but why bother for $60. Cheers Matt
