I see your point. What I am trying to do it get a bit of both. Power and comfort. But it is difficult to find something in my price range with both. But I would rather keep my 180 over buying a 318 or 320.

Some I own all at the same time. And I am sure there is some that I am forgetting. But at least only a few of mine were rubbish. Some of you have only owned rubbish till you saw the light and got a BMW.

Yeah I think I will just keep looking and if something pops up I may sell up. But I prefer performance to comfort so I will stick with the 180 for now.

Would prefer it to be. But if it is nice enough I could go towards an Auto. But can imagine myself getting bored with an Auto pretty damn quick. Every early M3 I have seen has very high KM's. But that is the sort of thing I would love but I am pushing it to get one for the amount of cash I have.

Was just contemplating selling my 180SX and buying another BMW as my daily car. The E30 race series car i am building sort of made me want more. But just having a browse on Tard Me I couldn't believe how many are on there for sale. Over 2000. Mainly E36 of course. And the prices go all over the place. And its hard to tell if your paying to much or your getting a deal. But I am however addicted to power which 99% of BMW's in my price and age range lack. I got bored of the endless amount of E36 318's. Had anybody seen anything that has grabbed your attention for under $18K? Going no lower than 96 and something with decent power.

Isnt the M20 the 2.0ltr? Or is that just a general code for both? Am making a deal at the moment.

Sadly I have to remove the kit from my race series car. So I have the front, sides and rear for sale. Have taken the spoiler off the Race series car. Advertised on here first. Trademe in a few days. Has all nuts and bolts and is in mint condition. Doesn't need a paint if it is going on a white car. Only want $200ono This is the one. Now off the car.

I was with state. Rang them to say I had put a new radio in my car. They terminated my insurance. Wankers. It was just a new headunit. So we moved Dads e55 AMG merc and XK8 Jag, my Mum's, brother and sister cars all to AMI. As you could imagine State was rather gutted. AMI has been great to all my family and the various misshaps we have had.

Similar thing happened to me a while back. Ex girlfriend needed to borrow one of my cars. She had already crashed the 180 so I gave her the Altezza to drive. Rules were to never park anywhere but in the garage over night. She parked at a friends on paratai drive and it got stolen. Lucky they only made it about 100m before the steering lock came on. They must have tried for hours to break it as the interior was a mess. Insurence said if it had been nicked I would not have been paid out. Imagine loosing $21K just like that! Be a good idea to read your policies a little closer. Good to hear the damage is not too bad afterall.

Heh random. I was looking at your car the other day too. I live down the road but my E30 is in bits for the Race Series so you wont have seen it.

Yeah I know it is not cheap. But I need it. Would prefer a private garage or workshop but may have to get a storage shed through one of those companies.

Hi people. If anybody has room for two cars that I could store please let me know. Wanting to store my 180SX which gets used most weekends and also the E30 Race Series project. Need enough space to store the cars and tools. Also need to be able to work on the Cars. Why on earth did you part out the 180? Looks like it was a Type X too? Now I got $18K for my old Type X 2 years ago. Did you smash her up? I have another Type X 180 now. But I could never pull her to bits to put into the BMW. Hell the SR is worth 5X my BMW as a whole. Haha Does look good though. Should be well balanced.
