HEy guys. have a getrag 240 box from a e12 behind a m10 motor. will bolt into anything using a cable clutch and either m10 or 20 or maby 40 Box is in great internal condition, has not done many ks, doesnot crunch skip or hard to select gears. need it gone pretty sharpish. $150 Pickup preffered

IMO go hard or go home. Slap as much castor on there as you can, set ur camber to where it will be best for the track. deal with it driving up there and back, just try not to rub your guards too much. and carve it up on the track.

personally the only thing that suits a 13b or any rotory for that is my weedeater.

i had a horn relay stick on mine. the relay is in the fusebox. pull the steering wheel off. connect the 2 horn wires and see what happens. that will eliminate the switch. if switch is ok. put multimeter on the horn when someone pressing button and see if you have 12v

Hey guys. I need to replace my drive shaft in my pfl e30. i have been offered one out of a facelift e30. It is correct in the sence that it is a 240 shaft and i have a 240 box. but i heard there is a difference with the hanger bearings or something? is this correct? and will it bolt in? Cheers for any help

I would be checking any intake sensors, ie maf or map tps ect ect. these sensors being disconected or connected incorrectly can cause a hunting idle. or sometimes no idle. and can also put up the engine light.

Hey guys. I will be buying a tech 2 kit for my e30 in august. at this point i just want to know what i will pay for one and what the availability of them is? I want to buy the complete kit as one.

Because i already have good shocks and big brakes. does anyone know the collar diameter of e28 or maby e12 hubs, and maby possible to machine it down to fit in e30 wheel bearing? or get a bearing that will accomodate it?

Because i want to look good when im leaving everyone for dust. i will have the go fast bits dont you worry about that. i am working on something on the side to my racecar. will keep it underwraps until the big unvailing. may not be this year though.

I dont know why you should get charged with careless when you got sunstrike. seems silly to me. but then so does allot of modern law. 1st offence max of 3 months loss. plus fines and court costs, When your atterny explains the situation to the judge i am sure they will proceed accordingly. poss diversion and maby fine. When you go to court. LOOK SMART. you will see a court lawyer before you go in and they will represent you. explain to them what happend. and they will read out your version of events to the judge.

it sounds to me like you either have a air lock or a block in either the heater core or the radiator. try bleeding the system again. if that doesnt work then remove heater pipes. the 2 that go into the firewall. put a hose in one and see how much comes out the other. same with the radiator. how did you check your thermostat? it may not be opening fully. does it maintain an operating temp for any amount of time or just keep getting hotter and hotter?
