Hey Guys, Advertising on behalf of a friend. Car recently over heated due to a blown head gasket and seems to have cracked a cylinder head so will need an engine replacement. The car itself is quite nice, body in good and has really nice interior. Would make a great wee project or simply a quick swap. Body has done 140,000 km . Looking for a quick sale, otherwise will probably fix. $3000 if anyone is interested

Friend of mine recently got a 528i and it's gone and blown a head gasket (probably has a cracked cylinder head too). To expensive to fix so looking for an engine to replace it with... Any help would be much appreciated Cheers guys.

The car is looking amazing man! I'm gonna be a bastard and call this out though.. I can't stand the indicator housings. Maybe recess the indicators into the frame (without the housing) or build a custom bumper for it that spans across the entire front. If none of those options are possible, maybe make the housing a bit smaller somehow so that it doesn't protrude out as much and shy away from the chrome so it doesn't command attention? Maybe it's the photos but for me those things just don't look like they belong there Everything else.. simply stunning.

^ THIS ^ It's a sexy car and is bucket loads of fun to drive.. Tech-II M325I is in a whole different league to a standard E30. Sure, it's no M3 and that's why it's a 1/3rd of the price. On top of that, they are rare as hens teeth meaning if you pick up a clean one be sure you won't be losing too much money when it's time to sell.

Decided to do everything DIY so gave painting the centers a crack... Prepsol + Etch spray + enamel white rattle can + lots of hours in a badly ventilated workshop with no mask = buzzy high and a splitting headache .. notice how I'm buggered and on the floor lol On the bright side here is the final product. Feel free to comment on the colour choice (I'm a bit 50/50 at this stage but will wait till I test fit it onto the car before I make up my mind). My gut feeling is the white is too 'cold' / bright, think it needs more of a creamy white maybe even a BMW white to set off the gold better.

Another set of rims maybe ? Nah I kiiid, happy birthday man!!
